The legal representative of F.lli Mariani SpA, given the EU Regulation 679: 2016 on the processing and protection of personal data, considering that F.lli Mariani SpA, as having an independent decision-making power, must be considered the data controller personal, as F.lli Mariani SpA is required to provide and apply the minimum security measures provided for by the aforementioned Regulation, issues and adopts this Privacy Policy.
F.lli Mariani S.p.A professionally treats personal data or third party identifiers in the following sectors:
“Production of metallic cloths and technical metallic fabrics, stretched and perforated sheets, metal conveyor belts and filtering elements”.
F.lli Mariani S.p.A, collects and processes personal data of the subjects involved in the supply offer, or the recipients of the same, also with the help of external subjects.
In this context, the legislation on Privacy, as it emerged with the EU Regulation 679: 2016, represents a non-deferrable commitment, to be faced with priority and high professionalism.
It is the Data Controller’s sole intention to always respond to the minimum standard of treatment security required by the Regulations. Once these obligations have been fulfilled and the related documents have been drafted, the Privacy Policy is aimed at developing the criteria applied to data processing, in terms of productive investment and qualitative improvement of the activity.

This objective is made possible thanks to appropriate operational decisions taken on the following processes:

– continuous updating of technical and IT tools
– synergies with other organizational systems present, for example the Quality Management System

The Manual for the Processing and Protection of Personal Data issued by the Company has the function of indicating the scope of data processing, identifying and describing the necessary processes and their interactions, as well as the minimum measures adopted to prevent and reduce the risks identified.
The Data Processor has the responsibility and authority to ensure compliance with the provisions.
The persons in charge of the individual data processing activities identified in this document are directly responsible for the implementation of the prescriptions foreseen in the areas in which they are responsible.

The Management undertakes:

The management structure, in its approach to improving performance, favors the sharing of objectives by all employees and all employees through gradual but constant progress. Policy on data processing on the website

The treatments connected to the web services of the website are only handled by personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
